JAKARTA, Nov 02, 2007 (AsiaPulse via COMTEX) -- PSATF charts news PowerRating -- The country's second largest telecommunications company PT Indosat (JSX:ISAT) said it has received an additional loan of Rp400 billion (US$44.4 million) bringing its total loan to Rp2 trillion from Bank Central Asia (BCA).
